Breath Work

Breath4Life™ breath work is a powerful action therapy, using the power of your breath and various techniques to help you quieten the mind allowing you to access a clearer state of mind to access any suppressions or blocks that may be holding you back in life. It is a dynamic approach to clearing the clutter that builds up both emotionally and mentally in life, often leading to greater emotional, mental and physical health.  

I qualified as a 1-2-1 Breath4Life™ Breath Work practitioner in 2018. I am now doing my group facilitation training a course run by the founder of Breath4Life™ Breath work Pennie Quaile-Pearce SRN RSCN MA MSc LCH RMA Cert Ed and CEO of Acorn to Oak The International School of Energy Medicine.

What can you expect from a session?

If you are coming for your first time you will be welcomed in, we will go through the technique with you before you lie down and start the session. Breath work is such a dynamic tool the experience you have through the session will often vary and fully under your control. Having a give it a go attitude helps and with some guidance if or where it is needed can lead to great results.   

How does it work?

Breathing is one of the bodily functions that can be controlled consciously and sub-consciously. Breath4Life™ breath work uses the power of the breath in a specific manner allowing you to delve into the sub-conscious and clear the clutter, that could be anything from a huge trauma of losing a loved one or something seemingly minor like your cat went missing when you was 11. 


Adam is a fantastic Breathwork Practitioner. He is grounded, authentic and has a thirst for knowledge. He has a huge heart and this ignites with great passion when he is helping others on their journey to a better life.
